Rebecca Diane Huang
Producer and Director of Sat in a Boat

Rebecca Diane Huang is a Chicago-based dancer, choreographer, producer and arts administrator. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance Performance and a Master of Arts (MAM) degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago. Rebecca has worked for African American Arts Alliance, Ballet 5:8, Carol Fox and Associates (CFA) and other cultural organizations to promote artistic events and amplify minority voices. Rebecca is currently featured on Art on theMART in Love Letters by Chinese-born, Chicago-based artist Yuge Zhou. Sat in a Boat is Rebecca’s first and newest work produced with the support of an Individaul Artist grant from City of Chicago’s Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events. Rebecca aspires to continue creating meaningful, thought-provoking and innovative work and collaborate with different types of artists.
