Reflection

For a very special 70th birthday dinner, I coordinated a memorable and unique private fine dining experience on Lake Michigan. We had white faille linen with gold grandeur runners; royal sapphire bengaline napkins with brushed Prescott nap rings. For florals, we went with simple royal blue hydrangeas and served an exquisite high-end Chinese menu from Shanghai Terrace. The clients brought in matching T-Shirts and we set up a personalized jeopardy game in the deckhouse lounge.
